The long (17 min + 3 min discussion) and short (8 min + 2 min discussion) talks should be recorded in MPEG or AVI format or, in special cases to be agreed upon with the organizers, may be presented live, but the presence of the speaker is required in order to reply to the questions during the discussion times.
Additional short discussion sessions will be allocated so that the speakers may reply to questions written by participants who were able to follow some talks only later due to different time zones.
